About us

Danny Martinez: has worked at several early-stage startups, and is now a growth coach on an accelerator, SYSTM where he leads a session on hiring for growth. He’s also an EIR at Everything Marketplaces where he works with marketplace founders on all things growth (including hiring).

Charchris Sloan: has recently exited his startup, Observe Technologies, where he was a founding engineer and built their engineering from scratch. This encompassed ML Ops, AI, engineering and data operations, hiring 20+ people. He led the engineering and ML teams that built the world's first artificial intelligence that transforms how aquaculture farmers manage their farms – a role he has done for ~ 8 years.*
